Overview
This project is a mixed-use development that provides both commercial and residential space targeting lower- and middle-income earners and provides an all rounded residential, entertainment, educational and commercial experience within the development. The development will feature high-tech security and access control systems with ample parking, paved and lit streets, manicured gardens, borehole water supply and a sewer treatment plant.
